I have spent the last 13 years of my life in the transportation industry working for some of the best medical transportation companies in the area. I love being involved with my clients. I get to share good times and sad times. It wasn’t until 2010 I realized positive clinical outcomes can come from positive interactions. After being diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer I became a patient, a client. I learned firsthand from the staff at St. Joseph’s Medical Center what superior customer service in health care looks and feels like. During my treatment, I decided one day I would like to take my passion for transportation and couple it with what I learned from St. Joseph Medical Center. We need to work together and provide love, kindness, solutions and support. I am blessed every day when my team has an opportunity to serve. We want to provide an uplifting experience during your travels. We want to become part of your care team, by laughing, listening and holding your hand if you need us to.

My parents are in their 80’s and I am blessed they are still alive. I promise to treat you and your family as my own. iCare Transportation is the most appropriate name. I truly care. To be a member of my team you must care. This is not a transportation company but a customer caring company who delivers service through driving.

Our vehicles are black and the team members wear bowties. We provide a limo like experience. You will never see gaudy logos or big handicap decals on my vehicles. Understated so as not to draw attention.
